The Orange essential oil in this blend reduces stress, treats skin conditions such as acne, and reduces pain or inflammation. Use as a natural household cleaner and in room sprays.
Steps to make spritzers and sprays:
Fill bottle with 5 teaspoons or 20 ml purified or cooled boiled water. Add 15-20 drops of your favourite essential oil blend. Shake and spray.
Uses: room spray, body spray, yoga mat spray, pillow/sheet spray, air freshener/deodorizer, linen spray, car spray
Use: Homemade Diffuser
How to: Gather pinecones and place in a bowl. Cover with 15-20 drops of oil. Shake pinecones every few days to redistribute scent.
Use: Electric Diffuser
How to: Add 1-2 drops of oil to diffuser filled with purified water.
Use: Pillow Spray
How to: Use Empathy spritzer to spray pillow.
Use: Decongestant/Cold Remedy
How to: Add 3-4 drops of essential oil to bowl of boiled water. Over bowl, cover head with large towel. Breathe deeply for several minutes. Keep eyes closed.
